Jessica L. Thorson
Jessica represents clients in state and federal courts throughout the country and has significant experience with business torts, contract disputes, intellectual property rights, civil rights, and disability discrimination, among other specialties. Jessica has also handled civil appeals brought in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Eleventh, and Federal Circuits, as well as Florida’s District Courts of Appeal.
Jessica earned her J.D. from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law with honors. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, P.A., she worked as an intern for the Juvenile Advocacy Clinic at the University of Florida where she represented children in delinquency and dependency cases. She also worked as an intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida and Pasco County Attorney’s Office.
