Luc Hardy Adeclat

Luc Hardy Adeclat is an attorney in the Orlando office of Morgan & Morgan’s Business Trial Group. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, professional malpractice, investment losses, real estate, and other business related matters. Luc is detail-oriented, motivated, and focused on achieving the best results for your case.
Prior to joining the Business Trial Group, Luc worked at a defense firm in Fort Lauderdale, and a plaintiff’s firm in Tampa. He also worked as an intern for the Immigration Clinic at the University of Florida where he helped people navigate U.S. immigration laws.
Luc earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude. He remained in Gainesville and earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating cum laude.
While in law school, Luc was the Senior Research Editor of the UF Journal of Law & Public Policy and his note concerning the ability of student-athletes to profit off their name, image or likeness was selected for publication by the journal. Luc earned book awards in Constitutional Law and Trial Practice for earning the highest grade in the classes, and served as a teaching assistant for Florida’s Trial Practice class.
