Jack Taylor

Jack Taylor is an attorney at Morgan & Morgan who focuses exclusively on construction law, representing condominium and homeowners’ associations as well as clients involved in commercial construction disputes. With a professional background in engineering, real estate, project management, sales, and financial analysis, Jack brings a uniquely strategic and analytical approach to complex construction defect litigation.

At Morgan & Morgan, Jack is part of a specialized construction litigation unit built for complex, high-stakes defect cases. This isn’t volume work—it’s precision work. Jack focuses on a select number of cases at a time, assembling a tactical team of staff, experts, and litigation support professionals tailored to each matter. Every case is treated like a mission: deliberate, coordinated, and backed by deep technical and legal experience. From board meetings to depositions, Jack brings hands-on strategy and direct attorney involvement at every step. From pre-suit notices under Chapter 558 to expert depositions, Jack brings hands-on involvement and strategic clarity to every phase.

Jack works closely with association boards, CAMs, general counsel, reserve specialists, cost of repair experts, architects, general contractors, engineers, and inspectors to build strong cases involving:

  • Defective stucco systems
  • Improper or failed roof installations
  • Leaking or improperly sealed windows and doors
  • Stormwater and drainage failures
  • Common area defects, including roadways, sidewalks, retaining walls, and clubhouses
