Attorney Jared A. Levy Joins The Business Trial Group in West Palm Beach

Jared A. Levy has joined Morgan & Morgan’s Business Trial Group (BTG) as a partner in the firm’s West Palm Beach office.

Jared’s practice focuses on securities and complex-business litigation. He represents investors who suffered financial harm due to the misconduct of brokerage firms, registered investment advisors, and banks. He also represents plaintiffs in complex business disputes, including matters involving corporate divorces, deceptive trade practices, and breaches of contract and fiduciary duties. 

For most of his 20-year career, Jared has handled these cases on a contingency basis, helping clients recover tens of millions of dollars. During this time, he has won multiple trial verdicts in excess of a million dollars.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Jared was a partner at a boutique litigation firm, where he represented clients in investment and business disputes. Before that, he worked for the national law firm of White & Case LLP and clerked for a federal district court judge. Jared graduated with distinction from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in 1995, and graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law in 1998, where he served on the Law Review.
