Miguel Raul Bonnelly
As an attorney in Morgan & Morgan’s Business Trial group, Miguel is a plaintiff’s lawyer who focuses on representing businesses and individuals in commercial disputes on a contingency-fee basis. Specifically, Miguel’s practice focuses on construction defect disputes, representing property owners and associations whose homes, buildings, and or infrastructure have been damaged due to defective construction or improper design practices. In addition, Miguel also focuses on professional liability claims (such as legal, accounting, engineering malpractice) and certain real estate, commission, and breach of contract cases. Being fluent in Spanish allows him to better serve individuals and businesses in the Hispanic community.
Miguel grew up in South Florida and now resides in Orlando, Florida. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and graduated Summa Cum Laude and with the highest GPA overall in his college. Miguel then graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group, Miguel interned at Community Legal Services of Mid Florida where he helped disadvantaged individuals in the Housing and Family Law Unit. During his time at CLMF, Miguel helped individuals in the areas of eviction, ejectment, reverse mortgages, divorce, and time-sharing. In his final year of law school, Miguel also interned in the business and probate department of a local firm where he helped individuals and businesses in commercial and estate distribution disputes.
